Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by 29Workshop (Spanner EKO) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking or using our services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
29Workshop provides roadside assistance services including but not limited to vehicle breakdown support, mobile diagnostics, minor repairs, towing coordination, and spare parts sourcing and replacement. Services are delivered directly or via third-party technicians within our network.
2. Service Request & Acceptance
- All service requests must be made through our official channels, including our website, app, or approved communication channels.
- A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by 29Workshop.
- Estimated arrival times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Service fees will be communicated prior to execution where possible.
- Payment may include service or diagnostic fees, labour charges, and spare parts costs.
- Full or partial payment may be required before or immediately after service delivery.
4. No Refund Policy (Spare Parts)
All spare parts supplied and installed by 29Workshop are strictly non-refundable.
- Once a spare part has been purchased, delivered, or installed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including change of mind, incorrect diagnosis where the customer approves replacement, price disputes after installation, or vehicle incompatibility discovered post-installation.
- Customers are responsible for confirming approval before any spare part is sourced or installed.
5. Warranty Disclaimer on Parts
- 29Workshop does not manufacture spare parts and therefore does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the original supplier, if any.
- Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer or supplier where applicable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and location information.
- Grant safe and reasonable access to your vehicle.
- Approve costs before parts procurement or repairs.
- Ensure your vehicle is legally compliant, including registration and documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
- 29Workshop shall not be liable for pre-existing vehicle faults.
- 29Workshop shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties.
- 29Workshop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or business interruption.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service rendered.
8. Third-Party Technicians
- Services may be performed by independent technicians within our network.
- While we vet our partners, 29Workshop is not liable for actions beyond reasonable operational control.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel a request before dispatch at no cost.
- Once a technician has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
- The full service fee may be charged if the technician arrives on-site.
10. Service Refusal
29Workshop reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- The environment is unsafe.
- The customer is abusive or non-compliant.
- The request falls outside our operational scope.
11. Data & Privacy
- Customer data will be used strictly for service delivery and operational purposes.
- We may collect service-related data, including location, vehicle details, and job history, to improve our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
13. Agreement
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to all charges and policies stated.
- You accept the strict no-refund policy on spare parts.

Important Notice
